Branch less heart line is best indicates detachment, therefore success. understanding of the nature of existence and the true ultimate state sought is that of being in the moment. In other words, while one is responsible and active, one does not worry about the past or future.
As the heart line starts under the first finger/jupiter finger it indicates the person to be idealistic & sensitive. 

The image is not prefect therefore can't comment on the length of the little finger. What appears (may be due to angular pic it may appear to be longer) is that the length of the  3rd  phylange of the mercury finger it is long. It is considered to be a very good indication especially when one is a politician. 

The mount under the first /jupiter finger is does not have any sign but it appears to be bulging. It indicates an aptitude for administration and politics. 

A supporting line on mount of moon to the fate line indicates that better financial after marriage, or after birth of daughter. The fate line starts from mount of moon indicating better finances when working for a public cause or where public appreciation is of main importance. 

A mount of Venus prominent yet not overly dominant. This makes a person who enjoys good food and luxuries only in limit. Such people do have required energy to carry on working with good health.

The head line is straight and following a predictive path. This kind of head line signify a firm predictive & headstrong. No amount of criticism can break them or pin them down. There is no major fall from grace. All what comes in there life they maintain a stable personality. Such a hand even in trouble never loose their objective and composure. A head line slight tilt towards the mount of moon helps him to be imaginative to an extent that the person remains practical yet is willing to examine and imagine other aspects.

Head and life line attached for a very brief period at the start indicating that he is cautious but not to cautious.

If we analyse his date of birth 16 August 1968.
We add 16+8+1968=1992
1+9+9+2=21
2+1=3
So any year adding up-to 3 will be land mark year. Take the case of  2001& 2010 were land mark year for him.

There are 3 upward lines on the life line it may indicate unlocking of resources or money coming to the person. Age approximately 35 to 40. Downward branches means otherwise.

The fate line indicates a change in career as the fate line is over lapping between the age of 30 to 35. The new line becomes prominent and original line vanishes  by the time it touches the head line age approximately 35.
